Jonathan Levine focuses his practice on healthcare and real estate transactions.  He specializes in the representation of healthcare providers, and provides legal services which include business formation, drafting and negotiating business contracts, management agreements, employment/contractor agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements. 

Jonathan also has experience representing owners and tenants in the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of residential or commercial property, title review and closing services.

Jonathan is a member of The Florida Bar and New York Bar.  He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts, in psychology from the University of Rochester in 1995.
