Kim Hines focuses her law practice on general corporate law including the structure, negotiation and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

She also assists clients with matters involving entity selection, corporate governance, and regulatory issues as well as the negotiation and preparation of the array of agreements involved in corporate law, including redemption, joint venture, distribution, management, employment, consulting, confidentiality, and non-competition agreements.

Kim was valedictorian of her graduating class at Rollins College and earned her J.D. degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
